Success and Fame

I was of the opinion that success and fame go together. But I have realised that you can be be successful even when you are not famous.

I recently read an interview of Boman Irani a mercurial actor in the Indian film industry. Before turning to acting he used to be photographer. He says that he was a successful photographer but it was acting that got him fame.

There could be examples of famous people being unsuccessful.. take for example Paris Hilton, though she is famous she is yet to become a successful actor.

So the point is what do you want?

Success, fame or both?

Take it easy...

Sometimes I get a feeling that we are in a perpetual hurry...

When I was in school I wanted to get out of it as soon as possible and
be looked up as a grown up.

Only when I got into the college I realised the simplicity of school
life... All that I had to worry was about the homework and one exam a
year which was a cake walk most of the time.

When I was in college, I had lots of friends, lots of time but less
money and all I wanted to do is to come out of the college prove
myself and earn my living.

Now that I am out of college and earning, I realise that college life
was cool.. (many say its the golden period of life). Now I have enough money but less time.

I now feel that instead of being in constant pursuit of something it
better to take things easy and enjoy each and every moment of life.

Even simple moments like enjoying a movie with your friends, playing
games in your neighbourhood, teasing your cousins, savouring
wholesome meals could be more gratifying.

Just to illustrate that even small moments can bring you happiness...

so take it easy ...
